So the test result is that the iPhone 8 LCD screen is not working on the iPhone 7.
Install the iPhone 7 LCD screen in the iPhone 8
When we install the iPhone 7 LCD screen in the iPhone 8 and turn on the phone, the phone is stuck at Apple Logo with a white screen.
To solve this problem, we force restart the iPhone 8:
Firstly, press and quickly release the Volume + button.
Secondly, press and quick release the Volume _ button.
The last, press and hold the side button until the Apple Logo appears.
Unfortunately, it is still stuck at the Apple Logo with the white screen.
To prove the iPhone 8 Logic board is in good condition, we install the iPhone 8 LCD screen in the logic board and test the screen touch function, everything runs well.
So the result is that the iPhone 7 LCD screen also can't work on the iPhone 8.
Up to now the comparison and test between iPhone 8 LCD screen and iPhone 7 LCD screen are completed. The conclusion is that the LCD screen of iPhone 7 and iPhone 8 have small differences at buckles and both of them can't work well after LCD screen exchange.
